These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zipidipi.ie and purchases made from Zipi Dipi.
By placing an order through the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Returns & Exchanges, Shipping & Delivery, Privacy and Cancellation policies.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish or European Union consumer law.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, prices and other information are accurate.
Because screens and devices display colours differently, the colour shown on your device may vary slightly from the physical product.
Minor variations may also occur between individual fashion accessories and jewellery items where appropriate to the nature of the product.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or alternative where agreed.
Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed separately where required before you complete the purchase.
Zipi Dipi may change prices at any time, but a price change will not normally affect an order already accepted.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before processing the affected order.
Orders
After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:
- An item being unavailable
- An obvious pricing error
- A payment being declined
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- An inability to deliver to the supplied address
Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment may be subject to authorisation by the relevant payment provider.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Please provide complete and accurate delivery information when ordering.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in our policies reduces your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Statutory Cancellation Rights
For most online purchases, consumers have a statutory cooling-off period.

Faulty Goods
Goods supplied by Zipi Dipi must comply with applicable consumer law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights to remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
These rights are separate from any voluntary store returns policy.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Only one promotional code may be used per order
- A promotion may have an expiry date
- Some products may be excluded
